8.Q: Are your products weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use?
A: For outdoor applications, we use hot-dip galvanizing as the surface treatment method. This means that after machining, the mesh frame and tubing undergo hot-dip galvanization, ensuring a zinc coating thickness of 80-120 microns. In humid environments, this process guarantees rust resistance for up to 8 years.
9.Q:How are the products packaged to ensure they arrive undamaged?
A:For the mesh frames, we use protective fabric and bubble wrap for wrapping. The tubing is wrapped with protective fabric and stretch film, while the glass is secured with wooden crates and steel straps on both sides of the container to prevent movement. During loading, we ensure that there is no empty space in the container, minimizing the risk of shifting and damage during transportation.
